Adult Tennis

Discover the diverse adult tennis lessons available at Les Mielles Tennis Club, catering to all ages and skill levels.

For those new to tennis or returning after a hiatus, our Start-To-Tennis sessions are tailor-made. Perfect for beginners, or those looking to rekindle their passion for the game. If you’re seeking a lively workout accompanied by great tunes, join our Tennis Work Out sessions on Sundays. Played with orange balls in groups of up to 10 people, these sessions toss the rules aside, allowing the ball to bounce twice or play on when it’s out to ensure longer rallies. No prior experience is necessary. Participate in our new spring term adult tennis lessons starting the week of the 19th of February at the following time slots:
  • Mondays: Start-To-Tennis from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, £60
  • Tuesdays: Intermediate players from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, £60
  • Saturdays: Start-To-Tennis from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, £60
  • Sundays: Tennis Work Out from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, £50
These sessions will continue for 5 weeks. At present, there is no membership requirement for these five sessions. Should you choose to become a club member, you’ll enjoy a 20% discount on the membership fee.
